HUMAN RESOURCES The Human Resource Department oversees the Board’s personnel functions, including: - All aspects of recruitment;
- Benefits administration, including health insurance, employee assistance program, Family and Medical Leave Act, Workers Compensation, unemployment, etc.;
- Coordinating the employee evaluation system;
- Maintaining employee files;
- Assisting the superintendent with personnel policy development and administration, as well as contract administration and labor relations.
